Meta’s widely known image sharing application, Instagram, has introduced a new function that will connect it more with its text-based app, Threads. This revelation, instagram updates was made by Alessandro Paluzzi, a popular figure known in the industry for reverse engineering various social media tools and predicting new functions in Meta social networks.
People Like Sharing Comments On Threads
Paluzzi posted an image that claimed a major overhaul of Instagram comments sharing. It shows an additional box on the screen that would appear when someone leaves a comment on an Instagram picture. Threads integration would allow the users to comment about the post on Instagram only and also share on Threads.’
Meta is still searching for a means of combining its several online platforms, with Threads being one of the channels slightly more interesting than the others. Past attempts have involved embedding Threads updates within posts made on IG and FB. However, users were later given a choice to disable this feature, among other things.
Meta is continuing to find ways of unifying all of its online platforms, with Threads integration being a more interesting channel than the others. In the past, efforts have been made to integrate Threads updates including posts on IG and FB, but users were subsequently allowed to turn this feature off along with others.
Sharing Comments On Threads Subsequently
These gradual measures emphasise Meta’s intentions to categorise threads strategically at the intersection of its traditional social platforms and the emerging decentralised social networks.
